וַיֹּ֣אמֶר יֵה֗וּא קַדְּשׁ֧וּ עֲצָרָ֛ה לַבַּ֖עַל וַיִּקְרָֽאוּ׃
Jéhu ayant ainsi fait proclamer une fête en l’honneur de Baal, on fit les convocations.

“Sanctify an assembly.” [I.e.,] announce an assembly,9Alternatively, “Announce a cessation of work [= עֲצָרָה].” See Rashi in Bamidbar 29:35. that they assemble in the temple of the Baal.
